The grove is passively managed on residential property. It is estimated that flowering began in April, and many of Arbequinas (planted and potted) produced fruit at low-moderate levels beginning in May. Cannon plans to conduct first harvest of the season in late August-Early September. The question arose as to why a higher percentage of individuals that were still potted not only fruited, but produced more fruit, compared to older trees planted in the ground. Cannon was slightly discouraged due to the low yield of olives produced by his grove.
